"decimal(s)" for decibel(s)

I spotted this on a reply to a Facebook photo comment. The person wrote that something was “a perfectly acceptable way of getting someone’s attention when there are well over 30 decimals of sound raging around us!” I Googled ‘decimals of sound’ to find these further examples:

How can you find out the legal sound decimal for a 72 chevelle in Seattle Wa?

What is loud for decimals in sound? ChaCha Answer: 86 decibles is a loud but not dangerous level of sound…

Probably not an eggcorn, but an interesting misspelling I had never encountered.
