I see that scammers refer quite frequently to “off sure accounts”
Mr. Rafik Hariri deposit 95,759,000 Million British Pounds in his off sure account with our bank here in London and I want to invest this money in a Real Estate Business in your country
He has plenty enough money to pay the ransom demands though he has no way of accessing his monies held in an off-sure account
It might be all the same person! There are other instances though:

Nice one. It might flourish where sure and shore are homophones. There’s an earlier instance of this reimagining in a completely different context: sure up. Provides more evidence of the power of forensic eggcornology.
