My parents eat all that stuff too. Liver is tasty though it makes good gravy. They also eat awful and tripe too though. Nasty stuff
There should be more but so many people say “I’ve been eating awful this week” or the like that it’s difficult to find the indubitable eggcorn. And so many people use the word “awful” to describe liver and kidneys, which doesn’t help. With a bit more ingenuity and time I could probably come up with search terms to find more examples.
