attention / intention

If someone does something carelessly, they may not be paying attention and may take the action unintentionally.

Message board: “sorry if you got offended by my reply it was not my attention.”
Message board: “I may Have Unattentionally Hurt someones Feelings”
Answer website: “what will happen for missing the first court date unattentionally?”
Technical assistance website: “Unattentional distribution of meating confirmations”
Article on professional writing: “My attention was to fulfill a lifelong goal to pursue a fulltime writing career post-retirement.”

I also ran across the neologism “unattentionable” – not sure if people using this actually mean “unintentional.”
“They have confusing, complex, and unattentionable urges and fantasies!”
