Not 100% sure this isn’t just a misspelling, but for what it’s worth, I see many examples of “olderly” for “elderly.” There’s a brief entry in the Dictionary of Newfoundland English. A number of examples, most quite old, can be found in Google Books, though a number are simply OCR errors.
Q. Are you going to try to do anything for the olderly people? “Public Papers of the Presidents of the United States, George W. Bush, 2001” (Publ. 2004) p. 978. A question for G.W. Bush. He responds to the error with, “The older people? ‘Olderly people?’ [Laughter]”
