Since it is often said that juries “deliver a verdict,” it makes sense that the process to arrive at the verdict is known as deliveration.
Legal summary: “On March 12, 2009, the judge granted the defense motion to toss the hate crime charge, leaving the jury to deliverate the second- and first-degree murder charge.”
Forum post: “When we were deliverating and couldn’t make a decision, I got bored, so I doodle on a napkin!”
Discussion forum: “The jurors deliverated approximately 10 hours.”

Use of “deliverate” as an adjective may simply be a typo.
