How many cosmos are there?

This one is reminiscent of kudos —again a plural is being perceived in a Greek-derived non-plural (mass or in this case unique-referent) noun.

The previous two episodes, Hellenistic Astrology and Chinese Astrology, explained how astrology was practiced and how the cosmos were believed to effect terrestrial events on Earth.

The Cosmos were created by Brahama. Although Braham was the creator he is worshipped very little, but he is still deeply respected.

In the beginning the cosmos were created by an omnipotent being known only as The Creator

The $10 billion Large Hadron Collider may reveal how the cosmos were formed.

Get inspired by the ways the cosmos have been represented by different cultures and art forms.

The Cosmos Are His Throne

Just in case the cosmos are not fantastic enough for you: This new video shows time lapses of the night sky

The following is obviously purposeful (from a gaming instructions site), but relevant. There may be similar non-purposeful ones out there, but I’ve done looking for a bit!

A combination of aura and power field, each cosmo is as individual as fingerprints, and reflects the condition of the person projecting it. A well-trained Saint can use his/her cosmo to sense another’s strengths, weaknesses, and condition.

Great stuff.

Classic. I hadn’t noticed that Abraham and Brahma are near anagrams.
