"Consent agree" instead of "consent decree"

From a social worker’s report in a juvenile dependency case:

”[Another social worker] reported that the children remained in the care of the parents, but that the family agreed to sign a Consent Agree.”

Good one. They agreed to consent to a Consent Agree.

Also out there – a Consent Degree. I’m not sure if that one indicates complete consent, however.
