"slopping" for "sopping"

I believe this one is new to the Eggcorn Forum. There are lots of examples online. Here are a few:

ugh the clothes were slopping wet when I pulled them from the washer.

The door lock light does not come on at the start of the cycle and therefore the load does not spin out leaving the clothes slopping wet with water standing in the shower.

By then, many people already had their tents down – all of the tents were slopping wet again from the dew – not much fun to pack up!

I’d put a wet, not slopping wet, towel on it, and let it sit overnight.

Re: "slopping" for "sopping"

I see a couple of examples of a round-tripper:

Blog post: “As if taking care of 4 boys was not enough, she milks the cow twice a day, sop the pigs, feeds the chickens and gathers eggs”

Hatching new language, one eggcorn at a time.
