'collectic' for 'eclectic'

Greetings, erstwhile colleagues – I’ve somehow managed to get in under the radar.
I heard, or thought I heard, someone mention her collectic tastes and thought it worthy of sharing, but of course I’m marooned and unable to communicate without bothering Kem, or David T (whose addresses I have) and so am obliged to share such discoveries with myself, which is entirely unsatisfactory…

I have a very collectic taste in music. I love everything! Literally! From country to rock and everything in between!

I have pretty collectic taste. Everything from Flaming Lips to James Taylor; Garth Brooks to Eminem.

I have a very collectic taste. I will never make one piece of Jewelry the same.

One of the best! Thanks, Peter! I think that’s one to keep and use.

Anyone who thinks “everything” equals “From country to rock and everything in between” is living in a very narrow world indeed. Reminds me of the joke: “I like all kinds of music—Country and Western.”

Keep flying low, Peter. After all this time, you must have picked up a basketful of collectic eggcorns for us.

Thanks Kem. I now appear to be able to visit with impunity, but if I disappear again you’ll know why. As for that basket, would that it were so – unable to share them I learned to withstand the blandishments of those nests of possible eggcorns. That is, I stopped climbing trees and searching, but sometimes, as you know, they come looking for us.
