'old factory' for 'olfactory'

This isn’t really an eggcorn; it’s more the sort of misinterpretation that a child might make on hearing a new and unfamiliar latinate word. And yet, some adults are still writing it:

Old Factory Nerve- located near brain, associated with smell/ certain smells bring back certain memories because of this nerve.
