Kick him in the crouch! The crouch damn it!

It’s plausibly eggcornish; crouching exposes the crotch, and there are plenty of examples online.

And, to finish the round trip:

The land continues to drop down to a pond and I crotch down by its edge.

When I’m riding and I look down at my gauge cluster, unless I crotch down a little the windscreen sits too low in order for me to not crotch to see it.

With the King-size snicker-bar in hand, I crotch down in a Catcher’s postion and released the candy bar between my leg, like I pitched a loaf.

To “crotch down” makes total sense. The image of crouching as lowering one’s crotch is accurate, and again, there are plenty of examples. I think this is a dandy eggcorn. We haven’t run out yet.
