"oat cuisine"

The French “haute”, (meaning “high”) sounds just like the English “oat”. I think you know where this is going. Mixed in with a zillion puns, I found a bona fide eggcorn and an almost-eggcorn:

The exception to using small plates is when you’re serving oat cuisine where you have a small but beautiful morsel served in the middle of a large plate. The way oat cuisine is supposed to work is that it is so visually engaging that it makes you eat very consciously.

Because of her (correct) French pronunciation (and my ignorance), and because of the novelty of having only recently arrived in Scotland (which I associated with porridge), I heard what she said as ‘oat cuisine’.
