“fuitless” for “fruitless” and/or “futile”

Although fuitless could be just a dropped letter, your intuition may not be entirely footless, pegakolok. There is supporting evidence that fruitless and futile can be blended to make a kind of pointless, fruit-free cocktail.
any and all attempts to contact (by phone and in person) anyone associated with any of them was futiless as the addresses were either a house or not one belonging to them.

I actually did have a friend who used the word “fuitless” a few times and at first I thought I had misheard him but then realized he had inadvertently coined a new word. I guessed that he had combined the words futile and fruitless for his new invention.
