A person at work kept referring to the small flash memory drive on her keychain as a Junk Drive. After she had used the term a few times, I asked if she meant her “Jump Drive” to which she thanked me and said that she’d been calling them Junk Drives for years.
She added that she just assumed it was junk drive because that’s where she keeps all of her digital junk.
