"implant" << >> "implement"

I stumbled upon this one yesterday:

The Caregiver works in partnership with Nightingale residents, hospital discharge workers, healthcare partners…and assists residents with implanting exit plans and Individual Opportunity Plans.

A web search turned up:

They will implant the ‘plan’ from ETA which also imposes the single use of the Basque language Euskadi.
news from Spain

The company’s cash flow position is also safe enough to implant the plan of de-leveraging the balance sheet.
business article

We help to implant the “Plan Ceibal” in Uruguay.

I think implementing a plan could be seen as implanting it, and the pronunciation of the two words, at least among mush-mouthed folks, is similar enough for eggcornicity, I reckon.

And it’s a round-tripper! Here are just a few of the examples I found when searching under “breast implements”:

Cosmetic surgeries like dermbresion, hair removal, breast implements, botox at down to earth price?
