"throwned upon"

I came across this site after reading the column in today’s Guardian (http://www.guardian.co.uk/g2/story/0,,1887732,00.html )

Earlier this year I was mightily amused by a post on a list I inhabit:

“In particular, I am interested in :...
...e) Any SEO techniques that used to be OK but which will now be throwned upon by Google”

(contributed by Philip Martindale, contributing to the UK-netmarketing email list (http://chinwag.co.uk/uk-netmarketing/ )

It took a little while to work out what he meant. You probably need to have heard people from Norf London speak to get it. Or perhaps this is more widespread than that.

Google gives 208 results for “throwned upon” – mostly in forum postings by the great unwashed.
One – http://digbig.com/4newe – also contained “diseased” when the poster meant “deceased” – is that another one?

Anyone who likes this sort of thing should read Ridley Walker. by Russell Hoban, where all written and digital culture disappeared at the end of the 20th Century, and the action is set 100 years later, where the English language has evolved phonetically, with some wonderfully esoteric results.
