But it’s not an eggcorn if it doesn’t make sense. What sense does case ideas make in the contexts of Mexican cookery or eating snacks?

It could also be that the person used voice recognition on the phone and said quesadilla. Ah, phonecorns!

I think the “wrote tell” later in the thread is Rotel (canned tomatoes and chili peppers).
