"winning street" for "winning streak"

From a student paper: “The coach was on a winning street….” Is that anywhere near Easy Street?

Re: "winning street" for "winning streak"

I like it! Sure, it’s probably so close to Easy Street that Google Maps got confused.
.
Apparently there is a game called Easy Streak, and many hits refer to it, but some may be the converse of this error.

Whatever…help me get this job done and we’ll be on easy streak from here on out.

Now all they need to do is burn down Old Trafford and they’d be on easy streak, wouldn’t they Duncan??

I am still working my ass off to get A’s in pre-reqs. However, after this quarter…I am on easy-streak b/c my pre-reqs are finished!

Maybe the idea of being on a roll or having a run of luck may be involved in being on easy streak. Whatever, they’re fun.
