Nothing to crow about

There are a lot of corvids about. I don’t mean ravens and jackdaws so much as misspellings of covid. I guess it’s a bit eggcornish if people have seen corvid a few times before, but I doubt if anybody thinks that’s where covid comes from.

Anyway, I hope all the eggcorners are well, along with their kith and kin.

Re: Nothing to crow about

Admirable sentiments, J23, which I heartily endorse. And here’s a few more covid variants too.

Give time: Social Distance Diet and Social Hygiene Until most people are infected with a virus or find a vaccine, the Crowid-19 will remain unchanged.

This coronavirus, or Crovid-19, is similar to SARS in the sense that it comes from the same viral family and is also zoonotic in nature, meaning …

As a result of the Coronavirus (Crovid-19) pandemic the Bighton & Gundleton Community Support Initiative has been formed.

Anyone else notice that COVID rhymes with “David?” Just sayin’.

I didn’t notice, no. Kind of like Mr Smoketoomuch. No coincidence, really. David is from the Hebrew for belovid, i.e. spreads love like a viral disease.
