Roro (Roll on Roll off) ferries seem to be sometimes called Row Row ferries across India and its neighbours. I can’t see it having much to do with rowing with oars. Perhaps with cars and lorries lined up on the vehicle decks?
On the plain in Spain where it mainly rains.

When I first heard of Ro-Ro ferries this instantly came to mind:
Row, row, row your boat
Gently down the stream
Merrily merrily, merrily, merrily
Life is but a dream…

Or the academic version, which some of you may remember from long ago:
.
Propel, propel, propel your craft
Placidly down the liquid solution
Ecstatically, ecstatically, ecstatically, ecstatically
Existence is but an illusion …
