"for weeks on in"

I just saw this in a Yelp review today: “I’ve had the phone hung up on me and ignored for weeks on in.”

That’s a new one for me, but I did a google search & found it in several places.

It seems an idiom blend of for weeks on end / from here on in and I’m having difficulty spotting much in the way of eggcornish interpretation. That said, in 2005 Ben Zimmer entered from here on end into the Database so your return tripper is in good company at least.
