Zeroscape for Xeriscape

I first heard this from my realtor, who was trying to sell me on the “zeroscaping” of the front lawn of a home. (The home has now been mine for almost 14 years!) I’ve found a few mentions of it on the web, e.g. http://www.abqjournal.com/homes/green/zero.html . The confusion comes about from the unfamiliarity with the Greek word for dry, and the (mis)conception that such landscaping requires “zero” watering. What do you think?
