I was watcing Wanda Sykes last night and she was setting up a bit by talking about things that “Tickled me off.”
A search on Google reveals a handful of appearances. It is not clear if the irate meaning has switched to a humorous one.

My copy is legit, but having to download that wpa friday tickled me off.
Upon looking at it, she refused to do it since I was not 18 yet (which really tickled me off because, as I said, my birthday was in three days).
Well this website has really tickled me off late.
