I noticed that one of the attorneys I used to work for, who’d had a temp subbing for his regular secretary, had dictated and signed a letter under the phrase, “Virtually Yours,” instead of the “Very Truly Yours” he usually used. Unfortunately, by the time I saw this, the letter had already been sent—but these days, it wouldn’t necessarily look out of place, I guess!
