Another oddity caught in the wild.
Quite a lot of “statip IP addresses”, which I can understand, since if you hear this expression, the ending of the word might not be distinct. In which case, the P in IP might influence how you think it’s spelled.
So, probably not an eggcorn, unless you have a theory.
