Ease drop for Eaves drop

Posted on an email list devoted to dog training.

<snip>I thought this would be a good place to ease-drop and learn what good points and what bad you guys have had in your training and competing as my main interest is Performance events.<snip>

ease sounds like eaves, and it is easy to just listen in rather than participate in dialogue, which this person is proposing.

I am a first time poster, so I hope this is within the bounds of this forum.
