'starch chamber' for 'star chamber'

The Star Chamber was the former English court noted for its severity, and latterly, any such tribunal particularly if it is unjust and arbitrary in its judgements. I can find only two examples, and while it may be no more than a malapropism, by squinting my eyes up and looking at the term sideways I can imbue it with starchy notions of being rigid, hard, fixed or stiff…
