'cassius belli' for 'casus belli'

Perhaps influenced by the famously aggressive Cassius Clay, or his Roman namesake. About 400 ghits:

I for one will not declare war on anyone without some type of “cassius belli”(honorable reason for war), weither it be construed or legitimate.
