"upset the apple tart"

A friend uses the expression “upset the apple tart”, which I think qualifies as an eggcorn.

I think Sweden might have crept in at the end to upset the apple tart.

This one seems genuine, but most of the other google hits for this one are actually collections of mangled proverbs, or quotations of people who are known to have been prone to malapropisms:
