echo friendly (for eco friendly)

At the Martha Stewart website, a reader requested help thinking of a centerpiece for her son’s bar mitzvah that would work around the idea of global warming (which was her son’s bar mitzvah project).

And one of the responses began: “I LOVING doing Echo Friendly events”

There are a few tongue-in-cheek uses (dolphins’ communications, for example; truly echo friendly) on Google, but other hits as well!
