Jack of all trades --> Jack of all traits

I got this email from a staffing agency this afternoon:

“Position: Print & Web Designer
Location: East Bay
Status: Fulltime
Estimated Duration: Fulltime
Starts: ASAP
Rate: $50K DOE

Job Description:
A leading retailer company has a need for a roll up your sleeves Print & Web Designer with 2+ years of experience.

The ideal candidate would be working on multiple projects (i.e. magazine & newspaper ads, collateral, corporate identity, product catalogs, website redesign, flyers, brochures, invitations, etc.) This person must have a good eye for typography and color. Our client is looking for someone that can do a bit of everything, a jack of all traits!”

And LOL about the last line. “Jack of all traits”? What kind of traits are we talking about?
