"Feel mislaid" for feel misled

Normally, people are misled and objects mislaid, but the distinction is not always maintained:

Trailer site review:
The site was vey nice however i feel i have been mislaid with the priceing. On our arrival i was given all these hidden charges ,electricity, extra car, tent and awning charges and even an extra preson charge

Heartbroken Lover (poem):
Uncharted territories I do explore every night and day,
No dream or hope because my sweet girl has gone away.
I have been mislaid by my own feelings every second,
That my girl will come back to me, and I will be fecund.

If you enjoyed this, I encourage you to go read the other three verses.

The next one has the earmarks of a nice Yalt, I think, as a result of machine translation. It provides advice for people experiencing presence incidents, i.e. those who have been, and feel they are, mislaid. If you are with others in a presence incident, you should even discuss it those stories to them, so they can see that presence is probable and even likely.

Survival tips – Ten Life-savers:
5. Be aware of probable shelters
If you are presumably confronting a presence incident( not certain if you are mislaid, for e.g.), begin seeking around for what kinds of shelters are accessible . Are there piles of dry leaves you can yield underneath to stay warm ? Are there caves or suspended trees that can strengthen you from the sleet or snow?

This Other Eden blog:
Sometimes in life, you must understand that persons actions. Ask yourself why did he or she does that. Or why would that person go to such expense just for you. Perhaps he or she is just being pleasant. Don’t mistake it for another fixation. That is where you will just end up being twinge.
You will begin to feel mislaid.

Can’t vouch for this one – he might have meant mislaid?

Re: "Feel mislaid" for feel misled

Sounds like you wound up sleeping with the wrong person.

*If the human mind were simple enough for us to understand,
we would be too simple-minded to understand it* .

(Possible Corollary: it is, and we are .)
