"Conscierge" for concierge

The origin of concierge is from the Latin of the people, meaning “fellow slave”, coming from the same humble origins as “servant”. Most concierges would prefer the significance of conscierge, which would make reference to their knowledge and conscientiousness.

If you’ve ever wondered which new book is worth reading, or thought to yourself that you dont’ have time to waste on the latest fad novel, you need a cultural conscierge.

My question is, would it be better to book both directly with the Wynn or have the conscierge at Bellagio do it for us? If we go the conscierge route, would we be likely to get better tickets and a better table for the dinner?
