Partook is the past participle for “partake,” of which one definition is “to join in (an activity).” Another gloss for that would be “to take part in (an activity),” which is what iwwr seems to be going for.

“Part take” for “partake” is probably a restoration of a component (“part”) that may, for some speakers, have been lost in the spelling/sound changes during the word’s evolution. Somewhat like “contraband/contra-ban” that we looked at earlier this year. These restorations can be eggcorns if the restored components have picked up new associations and meanings that they can bring back to the show. In the case of “partake,” I don’t feel that much is added by the restoration.
