One of my friends had a baby with high billy ruben levels and I was just wondering if any one knew what this was?

My nephew was born just a few days ago and now has jaundice. From what all my brother has told me his billy ruben level is at 13 or 18 and is suppose to be below 6?

Most exx. of Billy Reuben seem to be legit or at least advertent, but a few are apparently eggcornish for Billy’s second name (or another spelling of his surname):
