A nice one: both versions make sense, and very nearly the same sense. The standard one = there are things about this that do not appear at first sight. (Likely they are not to be perceived by vision at all.) The new one = However much you see right now, there is more to this that you can see (that will meet the eye) if you keep looking carefully.
