"ordernance" for "ordinance"

Kem has discussed “ordernance” for “ordnance” here . But what about “ordernance” for “ordinance”? It turns out there are quite a few examples, such as:

I was talking to my friend who was the promoter and I asked him about the trailer and he said that it was against city ordernance and the owner sold it…

He has talked about the permits they are supposed to have….and he is only running off the ones that are not abiding by the city ordernance that is already in place.

In ny but never heard of a law against welding, call your town and ask best way to know imo. Only thing I can think of is a local ordernance.
discussion of welding

The meaning connection between order and ordinances is obvious, as is the similarity in pronunciation between “ordernance” and “ordinance”. Eggcorn, sez I.
