Childhood inoculation or uprising?

A maintenance man at the hospital where I work announced that he would have to leave early because he had to take his son to get his “rebellion” shot. I’m quite sure this child would be getting “rubella” inoculation!

That’s an amusing one, Babaluna. It makes me wonder how many other terms for illnesses and disease organisms might have engendered such substitutions. See, for instance, this.
