'warp and web' for 'warp and weft"

Since a woven fabric is, in a sense, a web of fibers, this is a natural substitution. Uncommon (but I’m starting to think we’ve caught most of the common eggcorns by now). Examples:

In the warp and web of the present fabric lay the young soldier’s life-only a third yet complete-its pattern begun long before his birth.

Artists are a critical component of the fabric of our society, part of the warp and web of how we understand.

... for all we receive by learning to find God’s loving presence in all the work, words and activities that constitute the warp and web of our monastic day.

... understanding of how networks of metaphoric thought, which we imbibe with our native tongue, provide warp and web for our thinking about self and world.

But our traditional weavers who are part of the warp and web of our culture and tradition are left high and dry. parliamentofindia.nic.in/lsdeb/ls13/ses2/06081299.htm

Re: 'warp and web' for 'warp and weft"

This is an interesting one. Except for the second example you cite, these folks might be misunderstanding not only the word weft but also the intended meaning of the word warp, such that the whole phrase means something like the curvature and fabric to them.
