I see that “Wild Blue Yonder” and “Wild awake” are well documented but I’ve been winkling out some pleasant variations on the theme:
In a speech to the Global Warming Policy Foundation, Paterson is expected to say that the current climate change predictions are “widely exaggeratedâ€
Shakira’s Death is Widely Exaggerated.
The hotel was clean and certainly a 3 star hotel. However, the description of it being “near” the Vatican is a wide exaggeration.
And for good measure:
Finley caught four passes for 78 yards and would’ve probably caught another one and scored had Rodgers not been wild of the mark
Analysts are predicting a net gain of 85,000 jobs in July, but these estimates have proved pretty wild of the mark this year
With the added bonus of:
The 26-year-old first-year Wild receiver, who led the IFL in receptions last year, wants to tell his story to a worldwide audience.
Wild receiver Skyler Graham is tackled in the end zone much to the excitement of teammate Justin Beauchamp
(These last are references to some strange colonial variety of a real game like cricket or football, which last they call “Sacker”. What they call “Football” seems to be played with their whole body, especially their hands, and only very occasionally with their feet. As for the civilizing effect of Cricket, their odd variant of it, Baseball, is barely recognizable. What is happening during the game is anybody’s guess, unlike cricket where it is patently obvious what is going on.)
