I see that “Wild Blue Yonder” and “Wild awake” are well documented but I’ve been winkling out some pleasant variations on the theme:

Shakira’s Death is Widely Exaggerated.

The hotel was clean and certainly a 3 star hotel. However, the description of it being “near” the Vatican is a wide exaggeration.

And for good measure:

(These last are references to some strange colonial variety of a real game like cricket or football, which last they call “Sacker”. What they call “Football” seems to be played with their whole body, especially their hands, and only very occasionally with their feet. As for the civilizing effect of Cricket, their odd variant of it, Baseball, is barely recognizable. What is happening during the game is anybody’s guess, unlike cricket where it is patently obvious what is going on.)
